El incidente ocurrió en el barrio El Arrocero
Bomberos Voluntarios de la ciudad debieron rescatar a un caballo que cayó en un pozo mientras pastaba por las calles Gregoria Pérez y Fátima del barrio asentamiento El Arrocero.
El pozo era de gran tamaño y estaba tapado de forma negligente con un nylon, lo que constituye una peligrosidad de la que, en este caso, fue víctima el animal.
