Intimaron a los responsables del complejo termal a que cumplan con sus obligaciones fiscales y mantengan las fuentes de trabajo de su personal

Esta mañana, a través de la aprobación por mayoría de la respectiva resolución en el Concejo Deliberante, la Municipalidad de Concordia intimó a los responsables de la administración del Parque Termal Vertiente de la Concordia a que en el plazo de 30 días presenten constancias de cumplimiento de obligaciones tributarias y fiscales y nómina de personal dependiente y constancias de pago de remuneraciones y aportes sociales y demás documentación relacionada; así como también del cumplimiento de las obligaciones establecidas en la ordenanza 30689/99 (referidas a las condiciones de explotación del recurso termal).

Estas exigencias del municipio a los empresarios que gerencian las instalaciones termales ubicadas sobre Mons. Rosch y la ruta 015 se derivan del pedido de cambio de la cesión entre las empresas Verter y Aguas Termales de Concordia, que fuera presentado por las mismas ante el Concejo Deliberante.

“Es la intención de esta Municipalidad que la explotación de las termas se realice cumpliendo estrictamente las normativas vigentes y con la mirada puesta en lo que es beneficioso para la ciudad, principalmente en la etapa post pandemia y en el proceso de recuperación de Concordia cuando todo esto pase, que es el gran desafío que entre todos estamos encarando”, señaló al respecto el presidente del Concejo Deliberante Daniel Cedro.

“Por eso, ante el pedido de que este Concejo apruebe la cesión entre Verter S.A. y Aguas Termales de Concordia de la concesión de las termas, decidimos por mayoría avalar esta solicitud pero planteamos determinadas condiciones que consideramos fundamentales para que el traspaso de responsabilidades y competencias de una firma a otra sea también una oportunidad superadora para reforzar lo que se está haciendo bien y avanzar en lo que puede hacerse mejor”, destacó el edil.

“Así como también les planteamos la importancia de la continuidad en las fuentes laborales de la gente que trabaja en termas e insistimos en el estricto cumplimiento de diferentes aspectos que están contemplados en las normas que enmarcan formalmente las condiciones de explotación de las termas”, concluyó Cedro.
