NI UNA MENOS: A 5 AÑOS DE LA PRIMERA MARCHAS

El 3 de junio de 2015 se realizó la primera movilización, motorizada por el femicidio de Chiara Páez, también motivada por la gran cantidad de asesinatos de mujeres, casos de violencia de género y el derecho al aborto legal, seguro y gratuito.

La cuarentena impedirá las marchas, pero miles de mensajes reivindicarán que “libres y desendeudadas nos queremos”. El documento del colectivo precisa 1450 femicidios desde 2015.  

Una nueva ola de reclamos por las consignas que impone el movimiento NiUnaMenos, llega a las playas de lo cotidiano, esta vez desde la virtualidad que impone la pandemia. Pero con la fuerza arrolladora que, desde aquel histórico 3 de junio de 2015, impuso esa lucha masivamente. Con un emblemático documento el colectivo NiUnaMenos, destaca hoy: “Libres y de- sendeudadas nos queremos”. Aquí, tres diputadas del Frente de Todos, Mara Brawer, Jimena López y Ayelén Spósito, testimonian la actualidad del reclamo. Y refuerzan las consignas del texto que señala: “El aumento de las violencias machistas, los femicidios, travesticidios y transfemicidios”, ante los 1450 femicidios ocurridos desde aquel 3 de junio, al 25 de mayo de 2020.

En aquel histórico día de 2015, en ochenta ciudades del país, se convocó a una protesta en repudio al femicidio de la joven rosarina Chiara Páez. Ella tenía 14 años. El repudio por su muerte desbordó las expectativas de la convocatoria. Masificó y marcó para siempre la agenda del contundente movimiento feminista. A partir de entonces y bajo la consigna “Ni Una Menos. Vivas nos queremos”, cobraron fuerza reclamos de distintas violencias contra las mujeres. Entre ellas, la falta de respuesta a la necesidad de contar con el aborto legal, seguro y gratuito. Desde entonces una marea verde caracteriza al movimiento .

El documento del colectivo este año reclama por “las compañeras trans y travestis desalojadas de sus viviendas por la voracidad inmobiliaria”. Explica que lloran “la muerte evitable de Ramona Medina”. Exigen por las niñas “que en Santiago del Estero y Corrientes necesitan aborto legal”. Repudian “la violencia que sufren compañerxs qom del Chaco”. Y para fundamentar la ola que las abarca enfatizan: “Nos sostenemos en la red feminista, internacionalista y transfronteriza, afrofeminista e indígena, porque es nuestra fuerza y desde ahí venimos a insistir que la deuda es con nosotras y nosotres”.

Desde la perspectiva histórica, Mara Brawer explica que la tradición del movimiento feminista encuentra su antecedente “en la lucha de las sufragistas por el derecho al voto que luego toma el peronismo y lo hace ley”. Con la recuperación de la democracia se organiza el movimiento de mujeres de forma sistemática, sostiene Brawer. “Ahí, la lucha por el derecho al divorcio y a una patria potestad compartida cimentaron el reclamo”.

El kirchnerismo promovió una Ley de Educación Sexual Integral y una de Identidad de Género, recuerda Brawer. “En paralelo, la violencia hacia las mujeres se visibiliza”, detalla. “Así llegamos al 2015 donde el grito del Ni Una Menos cataliza y condensa la lucha de más de un siglo de las mujeres en Argentina. Venimos de esta saga”, señala la diputada por CABA. “Hay pendientes –subraya– y tienen que ver con que no solamente tengamos mejores leyes en relación a la igualdad de género sino en profundizar el debate en la práctica cotidiana”. Para Brawer, esta distinción “fortalece la inserción comunitaria de las mujeres en los lugares de poder. Porque avanzamos muchísimo, pero en los roles de poder siguen estando los varones”.

Hoy, el documento del Ni Una Menos retoma la discusión política y hace eje en lo económico: “Exigimos que se apruebe el impuesto a las grandes fortunas y se investigue la deuda externa, fraudulenta e ilegítima”, sostiene. El colectivo apunta a lo simbólico y a lo material, en torno a lo que el patriarcado impuso desde siempre como arcilla para moldear la realidad.

Simbólicamente, es sugerente el proyecto de la diputada Jimena López para nombrar a la Cámara como “Cámara de Diputadas y Diputados de la Nación” detalla. “Sería una reparación histórica después de casi 70 años de inclusión de las mujeres en las Cámaras”, observa la diputada. López recuerda su participación en el colectivo desde sus inicios, en Necochea donde inicio su práctica militante. “Esto sirvió para visibilizar la lucha desde una magnitud y con una potencia que solo con un perfil federal se pudo sostener en el tiempo”, puntualiza.

Aunque las marchas se hicieron visibles en CABA, lograron su expansión asamblearia al diseminarse por las provincias. “Y solo pudo darse por las redes que las mujeres podemos tejer”, insiste López. Rescata la conciencia de “ponernos de acuerdo y saber que teníamos que estar todas. Así crecimos y dejamos de ser siempre las mismas, para sumar compañeras de sindicatos o estudiantes de secundarios, en las localidades chicas, donde la violencia de género tiende a esconderse y reproduce las estructuras patriarcales más arcaicas”, describe.

En la ola del Ni Una Menos, cuenta López, “nosotras desde el interior pudimos ser parte porque es un movimiento federal”, enfatiza. Y se define como una “feminista en construcción, con formación clásica, familia de clase media, laburantes, que me sirvió para aprender cosas con facilidad, como la necesidad de legalizar el aborto, todavía pendiente”, señala. Y como urgencia advierte “es central establecer una política integral de cuidados en clave de trabajo y no solo de género”.

Spósito, desde Río Negro, aporta en su nuevo proyecto “que se reconozca y se incluya la remuneración a las tareas de apoyo comunitario para fortalecer la igualdad de género y la prevención de las violencias machistas”. Apunta a sostener en el marco de la pandemia el Programa de Promotoras y Promotores territoriales de Género y diversidad llamado “Micaela García”, en homenaje a la joven militante del Movimiento Evita, asesinada en Gualeguay, en 2016.

“Hoy, pensar un 3 de junio es recordar a las que ya no están, las víctimas de femicidios –rescata López–, y destacar qué estamos aquí por ellas. Hubo que transitar mucho dolor y todavía nos siguen matando, pero aquí estamos”. Brawer concluye “la marcha de 2015 significó la eclosión de un movimiento histórico, un basta a la violencia contra las mujeres y un plantarse, un hacer visible lo que se estaba dando en las bases, en las calles”, sostiene y ajusta a su muñeca un pañuelo verde
