El intendente Alfredo Francolini visitó este lunes el NIDO (Núcleo de Inclusión y Desarrollo de Oportunidades) del barrio Carretera La Cruz, donde junto al secretario de Desarrollo Social Amadeo Cresto, realizaron la firma de un convenio con Provincia y Nación, que posibilita la adquisición de nuevo equipamiento para el lugar, especialmente para el área de alimentación.
En una articulación con la Secretaría Nacional de Niñez, Adolescencia y Familia (SENAF) del Gobierno Nacional, y el Consejo Provincial del Niño, el Adolescente y la Familia (COPNAF), el Municipio firmó un convenio por la entrega de equipamiento para el CDI del NIDO de Carretera La Cruz, en el que se elaboran viandas diarias para los niños y adultos de los seis barrios que componen la zona sur de la ciudad.
Acompañados por la directora de Políticas para la Niñez, Adolescencia y Familia de la Municipalidad, Noelia Vargas, y la coordinadora del NIDO Laura Eckert, el Presidente Municipal y el titular de la cartera social del Ejecutivo, recorrieron las instalaciones, realizaron la firma del convenio y la entrega de los equipamientos, resaltando la importancia del trabajo articulado entre los distintos niveles de gobierno, más aún en el actual contexto de emergencia sanitaria.
“Gracias al aporte y trabajo en conjunto del Municipio con la SENAF y el COPNAF, hoy logramos que 450 chicos continúen con su vianda en este momento que estamos atravesando por la pandemia. A su vez, entregamos elementos de cocina esenciales para la elaboración de los alimentos como ollas, multiprocesadora, batidora, heladera, cocina y un aire acondicionado para la sala del CDI”, destacó el Secretario de Desarrollo Social del Municipio, Amadeo Cresto.
Por su parte, el Intendente Francolini destacó que “a pesar del momento de emergencia sanitaria que estamos atravesando por la pandemia mundial, en las instalaciones del NIDO del Barrio Carretera La Cruz se sigue trabajando y cocinando para los chicos y sus familias. Este convenio que se firmó entre Nación, Provincia y Municipio es de suma importancia justamente porque beneficia y mejorará las prestaciones de servicios alcanzando a los 6 barrios que comprenden la zona sur de Concordia”.
“Queremos agradecerle al Intendente por su presencia y por la entrega de este equipamiento», expresó la coordinadora general del NIDO de Carretera La Cruz, Laura Eckert. «Seguiremos trabajando para consolidar la función social de este lugar para nuestro barrio, función que venimos realizando desde hace un año y medio de forma intensa”
