Presentaron la línea gratuita COVID-19 para transportistas y choferes de carga

La ministra de Gobierno y Justicia, Rosario Romero junto a su par de Planeamiento, Infraestructura y Servicios, Marcelo Richard y el secretario de Transporte, Néstor Landra, presentaron al sector de transporte entrerriano la nueva herramienta de asistencia en el marco de la pandemia por Covid-19.

Las cámaras de transporte, por su parte, agradecieron a la provincia por facilitar la tarea de la actividad, declarada esencial desde el inicio de la pandemia, ya que no se han presentado dificultades para transitar como en otras jurisdicciones.

La herramienta consiste en una línea de Whatsapp que brinda información a transportistas y chóferes en tiempo real, acerca de estado de los caminos, centros asistenciales de salud próximos, puntos de abastecimiento, puntos de descanso, estaciones de servicio, puntos de control y protocolos aplicables en el marco de la pandemia de Covid-19, sean estos de jurisdicción municipal, provincial o nacional.

La misma fue desarrollada en conjunto por el Ministerio de Agricultura Ganadería y Pesca de la Nación, el Ministerio de Salud y el Ministerio de Defensa de la Nación, con asistencia de la Superintendencia de Riesgos en el Trabajo y aportes del sector privado.

“Como hemos advertido la pandemia nos amigó aún más con la tecnología, hemos necesitado más de la comunicación a distancia, de la mano de las herramientas que tenemos. Esto de amigarnos con la tecnología hace que hoy estamos presentando esta herramienta del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca de la Nación, con un desarrollo de mucha utilidad y simpleza para el sector de transporte, que ha sido un sector que nunca dejó de trabajar desde el primer decreto nacional, ya que fue uno de los sectores que estaban excluidos y gracias a su funcionamiento hoy no tenemos desabastecimiento en el país”, detalló la ministra de Gobierno y Justicia, Rosario Romero.

En este sentido, subrayó: “Los primero días de la pandemia vimos que había mucho miedo y hostilidad en muchos puntos del país en relación a los trabajadores del transporte, por lo que las autoridades estatales tuvimos que ir solucionando y vertebrando una actitud más solidaria y de mayor apoyo a un sector que nunca cesó, así como nunca cesó el sector salud y seguridad” al tiempo que celebró la nueva herramienta e invitó al sector a compartir y difundirla “ para que el transporte funcione mejor y más protegido”, agregó.

Por su parte, el ministro de Planeamiento, Infraestructura y Servicio, Marcelo Richard, destacó que “Para nosotros es una instancia muy importante la presentación de esta línea de Whatsapp, una herramienta de asistencia que nos permite estar al altura de las circunstancias en este contexto sanitario, el cual nos exige permanentemente trabajar en soluciones para mejorar el acceso a información necesaria para el sector”.

Al respecto, Richard dijo: “quiero destacar la importancia de ésta herramienta, que junto a todas las acciones que el gobernador Bordet ha dispuesta en materia sanitaria para el tránsito en nuestras rutas, nos permite estar a la altura que la crisis nos exige, facilitando a transportistas y choferes estar conectados permanentemente y tener una alternativa para poder resolver sus problemas de manera inmediata y de manera sencilla”.

En tanto el secretario de transporte, Néstor Landra, indicó que “la elaboración de la herramienta fue pensada en función de las necesidades de la actividad agropecuaria y el transporte, a los fines de facilitar su desarrollo ante el marco de la pandemia de COVID19”, agregando que desde el gobierno de Entre Ríos “hemos acompañado al sector, tratando que su actividad y desenvolvimiento sea lo más fluido posible y en equilibro con la aplicación de los protocolos establecidos producto de la emergencia sanitaria”.

En tal sentido, el secretario de Industria y Comercio, Fernando Caviglia mencionó la importancia de la reunión “para conocer esta herramienta que brindará información a transportistas en tiempo real acerca de muchos temas que son imprescindibles para ellos y también para las empresas, para conocer por ejemplo, el estado de los caminos, los centros asistenciales de salud, entre otras de todo lo que necesita una empresa para que sus transportes y sus choferes puedan transitar por las rutas del país, especialmente por las entrerrianas”.

El representante de CETAC Gualeguaychú, Carlos Rébora, celebró la nueva herramienta al tiempo que felicitó a la provincia de Entre Ríos “porque ha sido un ejemplo en cuando a no complicar la labor de los transportistas de carga, tanto en el tránsito local como aquel que solo pasa por Entre Ríos”. En este sentido, agradeció el encuentro “que nos habilita líneas directas de diálogo para comunicar los problemas del sector que surgen día a día. Creo que el sector transporte se aggiornó perfectamente a esta situación y tenemos muy pocos contagios en el sector, ya que siempre se aplicaron los protocolos”.

En tanto el apoderado legal de la Federación de Transporte de Cargas de Entre Ríos (FETAC), Germán Manucci, expresó el agradecimiento por parte del sector a esta nueva herramienta. “Vienen siendo tiempos complicados para el sector transporte. Hemos tenido contacto con las autoridades provinciales y siempre se han puesto a disposición, haciendo nuestra tarea más sencilla. Con esta herramienta se va a poder subsanar las situaciones y seguiremos trabajando conjuntamente para mejorar la labor de transporte”.

“Destacamos el muy bajo índice de contagios que hemos tenido en los choferes, todos respetan los protocolos. Hemos estado en permanente contacto con el secretario de Transporte, Néstor Landra y demás autoridades provinciales. Esta es una herramienta muy buena y sirve para ir aunando esfuerzos con la nación y provincias”, sostuvo.

La herramienta no es una aplicación o programa que consuma memoria de los teléfonos celulares. No es necesario hacer ningún tipo de registro en accesos o puntos de control. Solamente hay que agendar el número de la línea de Whatsapp referenciada (341 350 0222) y redactar en un mensaje la palabra “COVID” con la cual se activará la herramienta de menú.

Los documentos provistos por la misma (mapas, protocolos, etc); se pueden descargar al teléfono, guardar en dispositivos de almacenamiento o imprimir. La línea se encuentra disponible las 24 hs.

Estuvieron presentes además, el secretario de Comercio Industrial de Entre Ríos, Fernando Caviglia; La delegada de Entre Ríos de CNRT, Katherina Stickel; el director de Prevención y Seguridad Vial, comisario mayor Fabián Blanco; el coordinador del Observatorio Provincial de Seguridad Vial, Pablo Peil; director General de Comercio Interior, Jesús Pérez ; el coordinador General en Cetacer, Francisco Carletti; El apoderado legal de la Federación de Transporte de Cargas de Entre Ríos (FETAC), Germán Manucci y el representantes de la Asociación de Citricultores, Cooperativa de Citricultores y la Asociación Regional del Transporte (ARETRA), Raúl Dal Molin.
