El Gobierno nacional realizará en junio un nuevo pago del Ingreso Familiar de Emergencia (IFE), el bono de 10.000 pesos que alcanzó a cerca de 9 millones de personas y que fue implementado para asistir a los sectores más vulnerables que vieron afectados sus ingresos como consecuencia de la pandemia de coronavirus COVID-19.
El anuncio fue hecho esta tarde desde la Casa Rosda por la directora ejecutiva de la Anses, María Fernanda Raverta, y el secretario de Política Económica, Haroldo Montagu, y la directora nacional de Economía y Género, Mercedes D’Alessandro, ambos del ministerio de Economía.
Raverta sostuvo que la extensión del IFE busca “acompañar a las familias argentinas, sobre todo a esas familias que se encuentran con un grado de dificultad y de mucha complejidad económica y social”.
“Después de atravesar un contexto de mucha dificultad económica y social, agudizado y profundizado por esta pandemia, por esta crisis humanitaria que trasciende las fronteras de nuestro país, el Gobierno nacional tomó la decisión de cuidarnos en cada una de las dimensiones que nos tiene que cuidar”, expresó.
Y explicó que “las personas beneficiarias no tienen que inscribirse en ningún lado, el que cobró va a volver a cobrar: la idea es reforzar en función de que se va extendiendo esta pandemia”.
Además, se buscará comprimir la extensión del calendario de pago, pero priorizando la vía bancaria y con transferencias para no generar aglomeraciones en la sedes de cobro: el objetivo es compatibilizar la urgencia y la necesidad con el cuidado de todas y todos.
Los pagos comenzarán el 8 de junio, en conjunto con el depósito de las Asignaciones Universales por Hijo y Embarazo hasta el día 22 de junio. Y a partir del 23 de junio y hasta el 6 de julio se le depositará al resto de quienes eligieron cobrar el beneficio por CBU y se les depositará también en cuenta a aquellos beneficiarios que cuentan con CBU pero habían optado por otro sistema de cobro al momento de elegir modalidad de pago.
Montagu indicó que “con la implementación de la primera ronda del IFE evitamos que entre 2,7 y 4,5 millones de argentinos y argentinas caigan en la pobreza” y afirmó que “llega al primer decil casi en un 90 por ciento, es decir que de los argentinos y las argentinas que lo necesitan, 9 de cada 10 personas están cubiertas por algún tipo de ayuda estatal”.
Por su parte, D’Alessandro destacó la paridad de género lograda en la distribución del IFE como consecuencia de haber aplicado la “condición de que en el caso de que dos personas pertenecientes al mismo hogar lo pidan el beneficio se le diera a la mujer” y de que las empleadas de casas particulares pudieran acceder al beneficio pese a tener trabajo registrado.
El cobro del IFE le corresponde a trabajadores y trabajadoras informales o de casas particulares y a monotributistas sociales o de las categorías A y B que cumplan con los siguientes requisitos: ser argentino nativo o naturalizado y residente, con una residencia legal en el país no inferior a 2 años; tener entre 18 y 65 años de edad; que el titular o su grupo familiar no tengan ingresos provenientes de una prestación de desempleo, jubilaciones, pensiones o retiros contributivos o no contributivos nacionales, provinciales, municipales o de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, de planes sociales nacionales, provinciales o municipales, o de salario social complementario.
El IFE sí es compatible con el cobro de la Asignación Universal por Hijo, la Asignación por Embarazo y el programa Progresar, y es asignado a un solo integrante del grupo familiar priorizando a la mujer.
